PSECU Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to maximize resources and drive automation across payments and operations. The role emphasizes finance, money movement, technology, and KPI-driven process improvement.
You will work with internal stakeholders and external vendors, lead data gathering and business case development, and guide projects through EPMO/ASDM methodologies to deliver measurable efficiency and improved member experience.

The Business Operations Analyst is responsible for maximizing resources, driving solutions, and enhancing PSECU's member experience by focusing on the use of systems and automation. This is a self-motivated position that requires an advanced level of knowledge in the areas of finance, money movement, banking, technology, process flow improvement and key performance indicators. The Business Operations Analyst must have a passion to deliver solutions that maximize revenue and reduce expense through process improvement and technology.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a wide variety of internal stakeholders and external vendors to help drive payments and operations automation. This position will be responsible for utilizing query techniques to assist in data gathering for process flow improvement, troubleshooting and business case development. This position should be familiar with project management techniques and can effectively lead groups of employees toward a targeted business objective by sharing their passion for member experience, financial technology, and automation. This position should have a firm understanding of key performance indicators and be able to relate their business automation effort work to key performance indicators. The position is responsible for seeing how payments and operations services interface with the entire credit union, vendors, and competitors to improve automation and member experience.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am -4:00pm or 9:00am -5:00pm. This position will be a hybrid model both in person and remote with minimum of onsite expectation of 40% or as needed.
