Hyundai AutoEver America is seeking a System Administrator (Service Desk Focus) in West Point, GA, on-site five days a week. You will support end users, manage IT assets, and assist with Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMware operations.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years IT support in an enterprise environment.
• Strong proficiency with Windows and Microsoft 365, including end-user support.
• Hands-on experience with end-user devices (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile).
• Imaging, deployment, and lifecycle management of workstations.
• Active Directory knowledge, including provisioning and basic security practices.
• Experience using ITSM tools for incident, request, asset, and change management.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills with multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve Help Desk tickets via the ITSM platform.
• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and M365 apps.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, network, printing, and app issues.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding, asset management, and equipment deployment/recovery.
• Assist senior admins with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and VMware tasks.
