Qualifications

• 3-5+ years IT support in service desk or desktop support within an enterprise.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows, AD, and M365.
• Experience with enterprise endpoint devices and imaging workflows.
• Familiarity with ITSM incident, request, asset, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline IT support for end users and assist senior admins.
• Resolve tickets via ITSM platform; onboarding/offboarding support.
• Maintain workstation images and asset lifecycle management.
• Assist with server patching, monitoring, and routine maintenance.
• Document systems inventories and assist with technical deployments.
