Job summary

Hyundai AutoEver America is seeking a Service Desk Representative I to provide initial employee IT support on-site in West Point, GA. The role involves diagnosing and resolving basic software and hardware issues at the user workstation, logging tickets, and escalating complex problems as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• 0–1 year of IT or strong technical aptitude (entry-level candidates welcome).
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and Windows operating systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and logical problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of Exchange.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize requests, and work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide desk-side and remote technical support to users across departments and locations.
• Manage assigned tasks and respond to, document, and process Helpdesk tickets.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Perform system imaging and administration for PCs, laptops, scanners, and other devices.
• Open, update, and close incidents in ITSM with accurate notes.
• Backup and restore user profiles and data per procedures.
• Register IT assets and participate in asset inventory audits.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
