Job summary

Hyundai AutoEver America in West Point, GA is seeking a Service Desk Rep I to provide first-line support for employees via phone, email, and on-site interactions. You’ll troubleshoot software and hardware on laptops, desktops, tablets, and smartphones, logging tickets and escalating complex issues as needed to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 0-1 year IT experience or strong technical aptitude.
• Basic networking concepts and Windows operating systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of Microsoft Exchange.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize requests, and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide desk-side and remote technical support to users across departments and locations.
• Manage and respond to Helpdesk tickets using ITSM or approved systems.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, and related peripherals.
• Perform system imaging and administration for networked devices as assigned.
• Open, update, and close incidents with accurate resolution notes.
• Back up and restore user profiles and data per procedures.
• Follow asset naming/labeling standards and register assets in the asset system.
