Atlantic Auto Group is seeking an exceptional Receptionist / Cashier to join our Service team in a fast-paced environment. You will handle payments, answer inquiries, book appointments, and provide top-notch customer service.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, prior customer service or cashier experience, and strong communication. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; 업무 involves multitasking, scheduling, and following up with customers.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service or cashier experience preferred.
• Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds software is a plus.
• Basic computer skills required; familiarity with scheduling software and cash management systems is advantageous.
• Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; maintain composure under pressure.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass drug test and background check.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional service to customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer calls, schedule appointments, and verify customer details.
• Process payments and close out repair orders with proper documentation.
• Maintain and file repair orders; take accurate messages.
• Oversee daily deposits and maintain balanced cash handling.
• Greet customers and direct them appropriately; follow up on service details.
• Perform additional duties such as filing and records maintenance.
