Circle Auto Group, representing Hyundai, Chevrolet, and Isuzu Truck, is seeking a dependable Cashier / Receptionist to join our team. This role supports a smooth customer experience in the service department and handling payments accurately.

Greet customers, answer calls, process payments, balance transactions, and keep paperwork organized in a busy automotive dealership setting. Previous cashier or receptionist experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Attention to detail and accuracy when handling payments.
• Ability to stay organized in a busy environment.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn dealership software.
• Professional, courteous attitude and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly in person and by phone.
• Answer calls and route to the right department.
• Process payments accurately (cash, card, and other methods).
• Review invoices with customers and resolve billing questions.
• Provide receipts and assist with checkout and vehicle pickup.
• Balance daily transactions and prepare payment records.
• Maintain organized repair orders and invoices.
• Assist with filing, data entry, and basic office duties.
• Keep reception and cashier area clean and welcoming.
• Coordinate with service advisors and management for timely service.
