Responsabilités

• Greet walk-in customers and determine the nature of their visit.
• Answer inbound service calls and direct to appropriate personnel.
• Make outbound calls for service reminders and lists; take thorough messages.
• Balance receipts and print/verify invoices and payments.
• Schedule and record service appointments; process and post transactions.
• Maintain waiting area appearance and assist with clerical tasks as needed.
