Job summary

Banks Chevrolet is seeking an experienced, organized service professional to support the service desk and BDC. This is a full-time, in-person role in Concord, NH, primarily backing up the Service desk and Basic Care desk, with coverage when a service advisor is out.

You will greet customers, prepare work orders, communicate with technicians, provide repair estimates, process warranties, and finalize invoices, while answering calls and scheduling appointments.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service writing preferred.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Ability to manage work orders and customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet and communicate with customers on repairs, create work orders and relay them to technicians.
• Provide estimates, manage warranties, and finalize invoices.
• Answer calls, schedule appointments, contact customers for parts, provide estimates, and respond to inquiries.
• Follow up with customers to improve CSI survey responses.
