The City of Plano is seeking a Service Desk Analyst I to be the welcoming presence and first line of support for our team's technology needs. This full-time role provides helpdesk assistance across departments and helps keep city operations running smoothly.

You will tackle technical issues, document solutions, and provide friendly, customer-focused service to colleagues. Regular daytime hours with occasional on-call duties help support city services and community programs.
