Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners is seeking an IT Support Analyst I for a 6-month on-site contract in Plano, TX. You will deliver end-user support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and uphold service desk standards in a global technology environment.

Responsibilities include first-line incident management, using ServiceNow, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex problems while maintaining high customer satisfaction and on-time resolutions.

Qualifications

• Experience or strong working knowledge of IT help desk or service desk environments.
• Familiar with Windows OS, Office applications, and basic troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone, email, chat, and ticketing.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system incidents using remote tools.
• Prioritize and manage service requests and escalations to meet SLAs.
• Document steps and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Support proactive maintenance and service desk process improvements.
• Deliver white-glove customer service while coordinating with teams.
