The City of Pharr, TX is seeking a Full-Time Support Analyst to join a dynamic, customer-focused team. This on-site role offers direct community engagement and opportunities to improve city services through technical support across hardware and software, including training users on diverse applications and network procedures.

You will troubleshoot local systems, install and resolve issues with PCs, mobile devices, cameras, and laptops, while managing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Knowledge of managing and monitoring local and wide area networks.
• Ability to troubleshoot computer systems and hardware/software.
• Experience with work order tracking systems.
• Familiarity with network diagnostic tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve end-user issues.
