Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma and at least two years of service-department experience in a commercial dealership, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Two years of service department experience in a commercial dealership environment required.
• Must possess a current and valid driver license with insurability per company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer an annual operating budget for the service department.
• Monitor and control the performance of the department using reporting systems.
• Monitor technicians' daily productivity reports and payroll records.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat/referral business.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vocational/technical schools to aid recruitment.
• Prepare pricing guides and maintenance menus for frequent labor operations.
• Ensure 72-hour follow-up with customers to confirm satisfaction with service.
• Maintain reporting systems required by management and corporate.
