Qualifications

• Two years’ service department experience in a commercial dealership environment.
• Valid driver license with insurability per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer annual operating budget for the service department.
• Monitor department performance using reporting systems.
• Track technicians’ daily productivity and payroll records.
• Maintain good relationships with customers to drive repeat and referral business.
• Collaborate with vocational/technical schools for recruitment.
• Prepare pricing guides and maintenance menus for common jobs.
• Ensure 72-hour follow-up with customers to confirm satisfaction.
• Maintain reporting systems for management and corporate.
