Hunter Truck in Allentown, PA seeks a Service Manager to lead the service department, optimize staffing, control costs, maintain records, and ensure profitable operations through efficient service delivery.

You will report to the General Manager and supervise 20–30 staff, coordinating with other department heads to deliver high-quality repairs, manage customer relationships, and drive repeat business in a busy dealership environment.

Formación

• Four to ten years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them.
• Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all service department staff.
• Prepares and administers an annual operating budget for the service department.
• Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
