Job summary

Southern States Cooperative is seeking an experienced service department supervisor to lead the Milford, DE service team and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will manage department organization, interact with customers, and drive continuous process improvements to enhance the service experience.

The role requires 5+ years in engine/equipment diagnosis and repair with leadership experience, a valid driver's license, and ability to handle heavy loads.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• Five or more years of engine/equipment diagnosis and repair experience preferred.
• Experience leading service staff and coordinating with management.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds and work beyond regular hours.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the appearance and organization of the service department and outside areas.
• Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience.
• Coach service technicians to improve performance and safety.
• Stage service work and parts to meet daily goals.
• Ensure warranty claims are processed and labor/parts recovered.
• Maintain safe work practices and PPE usage.
