The role requires 3+ years in a heavy-duty dealership or diesel service environment, proficiency with dealer systems like ADP, and strong communication and customer service skills, plus office software proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience with heavy-duty dealership and/or diesel service environment.
• Strong working knowledge of dealer business systems (e.g., ADP Dealer System).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Computer and software skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with setting service appointments and update on vehicle status.
• Open and close work orders in a timely manner.
• Research vehicle recalls, services, and repair information with manufacturers' websites.
• Sell needed vehicle maintenance and repairs in an honest, ethical, courteous, and professional manner.
