Job summary

Young Ford Brigham City is seeking an Outbound Sales Call Specialist/BDC Representative to join our growing Young Automotive Group. This on-site role involves making outbound calls, promoting packages, and scheduling appointments for the sales team, while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with CRM tools, aiming to meet and exceed sales goals and help customers explore products, pricing, and service options.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales or a call center is preferred.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable using CRM software.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
• Able to work independently and with a team.
