Job summary

The Young Automotive Group is hiring outbound Sales Call Specialists / BDC Representatives at our Ogden location. This full-time role focuses on making outbound calls, promoting packages, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

You'll join a fast-paced, call-center environment with a family-owned culture, competitive benefits, on-site medical options, and employee pricing across Young Automotive Group products. Ability to pass background checks required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a call center preferred.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable using technology and CRM software.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
