Job summary

The Young Automotive Group is hiring Outbound Sales Call Specialists / BDC Representatives at our Ogden location. If you're results-driven with a passion for customer service and sales, this is a great place to build your career in the automotive industry.

In this role, you'll work in a fast-paced call center environment, making outbound calls to promote packages, schedule appointments, and follow up with customers using CRM tools. Competitive pay plus commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a call center environment preferred.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable using technology and CRM software.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
