Crest Ford Flat Rock Inc. in Michigan is seeking a friendly, professional Customer Service Associate to answer calls, respond to inquiries, and help set sales appointments.

You will use our CRM daily, present initial financing options when appropriate, and work with sales teams to ensure a positive customer experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, parental leave.

Formación

• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Excellent teammate with a collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve.
• Prompt and courteous demeanor in all interactions.
• Positive and hardworking personality with strong computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsabilidades

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
• Participate in team and process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
