Job summary

ALL Crane Rental of Alabama, LLC in Theodore, AL is seeking an Administrative Associate for the Service Department. This full-time non-exempt role supports the service team with office duties, purchase orders, and maintenance schedules. Strong Microsoft Office skills and general office experience are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with heavy construction equipment is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to work 40 hours a week and overtime as needed.
• Proficient with phone, computer and office equipment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products; NexGen is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line incoming telephone calls and provide exceptional customer service.
• Enter purchase orders and service work orders into fleet maintenance software.
• Monitor preventative maintenance schedules and distribute to personnel.
• Monitor inspections and distribute schedules to appropriate staff.
• Prepare and maintain records/reports of work, inventories, and expenditures.
• Handle general admin tasks: processing documents, faxing, filing, data entry.
• Maintain safety/compliance with regulations.
• Assist with Parts inventory as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
