• Ability to recognize and capitalize on sales opportunities.
• Ability to manage crew.

Responsibilities

• Grows revenue by engaging customer decision makers to inform them of Key's offerings.
• Promotes customer satisfaction, service quality and safety excellence with high performance standards.
• Provides market intelligence to market and area management.
• Supports district growth by aligning resources and engaging support teams as needed.
• Manages a crew including hiring, disciplinary actions, and termination decisions.
