Qualifications

• 3–5 years industry experience across service lines and safety.
• Valid driver’s license for commercial equipment may be required.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple crews and service lines.
• Ability to sell within the market.

Responsibilities

• Grows revenue by engaging customer decision makers and informing them of Key Energy Services offerings.
• Leads delivery activities for multiple service lines and crews with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Provides market intelligence to district and area management.
• Coordinates resources with Service Manager and support teams.
• Hires, disciplines, and makes termination decisions for crew members in consultation with HR.
• Plans jobs, inspects equipment and supplies, resolves issues, and escalates as needed.
• Maintains safety culture through adherence to HSEQ policies and procedures.
• Ensures timely initiation and completion of work tickets.
• Optimizes headcount and equipment reliability to support financial goals.
