Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Service Specialist in Concord, NC to support the Service Department operations, including unit inventory, PDI, and delivery orientations. The role may involve assisting customers with service or warranty repairs for boats, motors, trailers, and ATVs/UTVs, and assisting with parts sales.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions, coordinating with the Service Manager, and ensuring accurate paperwork and VIN verification.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to perform data entry in the dealership management system.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in service, warranty and parts questions by phone and in person.
• Support inventory, PDI, and delivery orientation processes.
• Update IDS with unit locations and manage paperwork.
• Explain unit operation and maintenance to customers.
• Assist with warranty repairs paperwork and payments as needed.
