Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Portland, OR seeks a working service supervisor to coordinate day-to-day service operations, leading technicians and the service support team. You will ensure a hassle-free customer experience across locations, including rental department.

You will collaborate with the Operations Manager to implement plans, drive KPIs in efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction, conduct performance reviews, and participate in recruiting and developing the team.

Qualifications

• Education requirement: high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years service experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities
