Job summary

ITPartners+ is seeking a Service Delivery Engineer II to support our partners with first-line IT help desk services, both onsite and remotely. You will troubleshoot, document, and drive resolution for a range of IT issues while building strong partner relationships.

You will collaborate with a team of engineers, learn our processes, and take ownership of at least one technical area. The role expects strong communication, a customer-focused mindset, and a willingness to learn on the job.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a help desk or equivalent role.
• Experience with remote monitoring and ticketing software is preferred.
• Basic networking, server, and hardware knowledge required.
• CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications are preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic to mid-level IT tech support to our partners via onsite and remote means
• Engineer long-term solutions
• Monitor the progress of tickets and key partner support metrics
• Document issues and resolutions and communicate with the team
• Setup hardware for installation and onsite deployments
• Provide best practices in your areas of expertise, taking on ownership and responsibility of at least one area
• Work with vendors to resolve partner issues
• Adapt to changing and varied workflow
• Use your knowledge and expertise to continually improve processes and partner support
