Job summary

Salem Staffing is seeking a Customer Coordinator to manage service calls from initiation through closure within SharePoint and NetSuite. This role emphasizes organization, clear communication, and meticulous recordkeeping in a fast-paced environment.

You will open calls, dispatch qualified technicians, monitor updates, and ensure SLA compliance while maintaining detailed documentation and coordinating with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and detail oriented with strong communication
• Able to manage multiple service requests in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable coordinating with clients, technicians and internal teams
• Proficient using SharePoint and NetSuite portals to track and close service calls

Responsibilities

• Open and create service calls in the system
• Dispatch and coordinate third-party technicians
• Monitor technician updates and ensure timely communication
• Update work order status, notes, and required details in the portal and NetSuite
• Follow up on pending service calls to ensure SLA compliance
• Close completed service calls accurately after all updates and documentation
• Escalate delayed, at-risk, or unresolved service issues to leadership
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all assigned service activity
