Job summary

Cleveland Range, LLC is seeking a Service Coordinator to act as the central contact for customer service inquiries and dispatch management. You will handle calls, create dispatches, coordinate service with FAS, and ensure timely issue resolution with target hours.

Responsibilities include updating records in Salesforce, providing warranty updates, and offering basic troubleshooting support while maintaining strong relationships with FAS and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or service coordination.
• Knowledge of warranty processes and policies.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer support line and provide prompt, professional assistance.
• Dispatch service calls and manage priorities to resolve within set windows.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service status updates.
• Coordinate with Factory Authorized Service Agents (FAS) to ensure smooth operations.
• Update customer accounts in the system with accurate information.
