Job summary

Verint Systems, Inc. is seeking an Associate Service Delivery Manager to support a banking account, coordinating with Technical Engineers on the Verint product suite.

This role focuses on day-to-day operational activities, service delivery coordination, and issue resolution to ensure strong customer outcomes. The ASDM will partner with offshore teams, support WFO applications like call recording, and drive initiatives to improve service quality and customer satisfaction across the account.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Engineering/CS/IT.
• 3–5 years of experience in Enterprise Managed Services, Cloud Services or Product Support for applications and/or telephony integrations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams across offices/regions.

Responsibilities

• Assist delivery with a team of Technical Engineers on Verint product suite.
• Coordinate day-to-day service delivery and resolve issues.
• Drive customer success and continuous service improvements for the account.
