Job summary

Verint is seeking an Associate Service Delivery Manager to partner with Technical Engineers in delivering technical services for a major banking customer. You will coordinate day-to-day operations, drive service improvements, and ensure successful delivery of WFO call recording and related applications.

The role requires 3–5 years in managed services or product support, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across global teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience with Enterprise Managed Services, Cloud Services or Product Support involving applications and/or telephony integrations and computer networking.
• Confident learning new technology platforms and ability to work with cross-functional teams across offices and regions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work outside local business hours and on weekends as shift assignment or account needs require.
• Successful completion of background check and related verifications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Managed Services resources to deliver customer requirements and monitor service performance.
• Coordinate service deliveries and ensure timely issue resolution to meet account commitments.
• Drive Customer Success through proactive engagement and service optimization.
• Collaborate with off-shore Command Center, Customer Support, Professional Services, Cloud Operations and Account Executives.
• Coordinate platform control activities, health checks, and provisioning reconciliation.
• Support Verint Financial Compliance (Verba) configurations and user account management.
• Build relationships with Customer Support, Product House, Sales and other support functions.
