Job summary

Verint Systems Inc. is seeking an Associate Service Delivery Manager to partner with a team of Technical Engineers and deliver services to a banking account.

You will coordinate day-to-day operations, monitor performance, resolve issues, and drive service improvements while supporting WFO applications, including call recording. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in managed services or cloud/product support, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience with Enterprise Managed Services, Cloud Services or Product Support involving applications and/or telephony integrations and computer networking.
• Confident learning new technology platforms and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across different offices and regions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Managed Services resources to execute customer deliverables, monitor service performance, and help ensure account metrics are achieved.
• Manage tasks to ensure resolutions are timely with actions to mitigate impacts.
• Drive Customer Success with Managed Services Programs and Verint Solutions through proactive engagement and service optimization.
• Collaborate with off-shore Command Center, Customer Support, Professional Services, Cloud operations and Account Executive to address account needs.
