Job summary

Verint seeks an Associate Service Delivery Manager (ASDM) to support a banking customer account, coordinating day-to-day operational activities and service delivery for the Verint product suite. You will assist Technical Engineers and ensure timely issue resolution and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with offshore teams, Customer Support, and Professional Services to deliver on commitments, monitor performance, and drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience with Enterprise Managed Services, Cloud Services or Product Support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Managed Services to deliver customer outcomes and monitor service performance.
• Coordinate tasks to resolve issues and minimize customer impact.
• Drive customer success through proactive engagement and service optimization.
• Collaborate with offshore teams, Customer Support, Professional Services, and Sales to cover account needs.
• Coordinate service requests, track deliverables, and ensure commitments are met.
• Identify and drive opportunities for service improvement with customer stakeholders.
