Job summary

Verint Systems is seeking an Associate Service Delivery Manager to support a banking account, coordinating with Technical Engineers and cross-functional teams. You will manage day-to-day operations, service delivery, issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives for Verint product suites, including WFO call recording.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in Enterprise Managed Services, Cloud or Product Support.
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Managed Services to deliver customer outcomes and monitor performance.
• Coordinate service requests, track deliverables, and ensure commitments are met.
• Support day-to-day operations and drive service improvements for the account.
• Engage with off-shore centers and internal teams to cover account needs.
• Assist with Verint Financial Compliance (Verba) related tasks and configuration.
