Job summary

Verint Systems, Inc. is seeking an Associate Service Delivery Manager to partner with technical engineers, coordinating day-to-day service delivery for a banking customer.

You will help ensure performance, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement while supporting WFO applications such as call recording. You will collaborate with offshore teams, customer support, and product teams to align on commitments, manage tasks, and maintain service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a technical field.
• Experience with Enterprise Managed Services, Cloud Services or Product Support involving applications and/or telephony integrations and computer networking.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across offices and regions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering technical and application related services to a dedicated customer account in banking.
• Coordinate service delivery activities and monitor performance against account metrics.
• Collaborate with Verint teams to onboard new customers and operationalize services.
• Use Jira to manage sprint activities, work intake, prioritization, and delivery tracking.
• Support administration and configuration of Verint Verba solutions and related workflows.
• Identify service improvement opportunities and drive initiatives with customer stakeholders.
