Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a similar service coordination role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and requests for service by phone, email, or in person.
• Provide pricing, scheduling, and service options information.
• Coordinate and schedule service appointments based on customer preferences and technician availability.
• Assign service technicians to jobs based on skill, availability, and location.
• Communicate job details and requirements to technicians.
• Track progress of service jobs to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, service requests, and job details.
• Collaborate with sales and technical support to deliver complete solutions.
