Job summary

RapidFire Safety & Security is seeking an IT Systems Coordinator to support the Information Technology department across multiple offices. You will coordinate day-to-day IT operations, onboarding/offboarding, asset lifecycle management, software subscriptions, and vendor/MSP follow-through, while providing hands-on support as needed.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable liaising with branch teams, vendors, and service providers in a fast-growing, multi-location

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or technical support.
• Experience with RingCentral, Meraki, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, endpoint management, or similar platforms.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree; certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support IT platform and user devices using remote management tools.
• Administer VoIP, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure and other SaaS applications.
• Maintain accurate inventory and lifecycle records for IT assets; coordinate procurement and repairs.
