Job summary

Encore Fire Protection is seeking a Service Coordinator to orchestrate daily operations, coordinating schedules for up to 10 technicians and maximizing route efficiency. You’ll partner with customers and field teams to ensure timely, high-quality service.

The role offers growth into Project Management and Operations, with training provided on our ServiceTrade platform and a culture centered on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• College degree or 2+ years in customer service, project coordination, or facility services.
• Willingness to learn new technology—ServiceTrade training provided.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities.

• Confident working with technicians, customers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the service schedule for a geographic region, coordinating up to 10 technicians.
• Optimize daily productivity by scheduling based on technician skills and route efficiency.
• Hold technicians accountable for time and attendance policies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist revisions to drive efficiency and enhance customer experience.
• Apply strong customer service skills to handle client interactions and resolve issues.
