Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Service Coordinator in Moody, AL to support the Customer Center and manage the compressed air service needs for industrial clients. You will coordinate technicians, handle customer communications, and ensure service delivery is efficient and compliant.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 2–3 years in a related role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and mobile devices.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service calls and schedule technicians for preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate with customers, sales teams, and management to ensure timely service.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and manage service inventory and rentals.
• Monitor shipping/receiving, parts orders, and data entry for service requests.
• Maintain EH&S and Operatio nal Excellence adherence in the Customer Center.
• Generate and follow up on service quotes and seek new business when possible.
• Be flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed.
