Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Service Coordinator in Moody, AL to support the Customer Center and address the compressed air needs of the industrial sector. You will deliver exceptional customer service while coordinating technicians, communicating with customers, sales teams, and management to meet order and operational requirements.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED and 2-3 years of related field experience required.
Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and working proficiency with hand-held devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets) required.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming service calls and schedule technicians for preventive maintenance and repairs.
Coordinate and guide service technicians to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and manage service inventory and rental fleets.
Adhere to environmental, health and safety standards and assist with audits.
Generate service quotes, pursue new business opportunities, and maintain customer satisfaction.
Process parts orders, monitor shipping/receiving, and manage service request data entry.
Submit warranty claims and coordinate with factory while supporting overtime/weekend needs as required.
