Job Summary

The Service Coordinator acts as the primary point of contact, responsible for customer service and quality governance in the Specialty Clinics.

Pay Range

Minimum $25.46, Midpoint $33.73, Maximum $42.01

Rate of pay depends on knowledge, skills, experience, education, and position requirements.

Experience
  • Required: Minimum two (2) years of experience in a clinical or acute care setting.
  • Preferred: Two (2) years in data collection and customer service.
Education
  • Required: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree.
Training

None required.

Specialized Skills

Effective communication, professionalism, ability to work under pressure, critical thinking, multi-tasking, computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint), goal setting, teamwork, problem-solving, and positive behavior modeling.

Licensure

None required.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

Light to moderate energy; lifting 25-35 lbs., pushing/pulling 50-100 lbs.; physical activities include bending, climbing, reaching, sitting, standing, and more. Sensory requirements include visual and auditory perception. Environment may involve exposure to airborne diseases, chemicals, noise, extreme temperatures, and uneven surfaces.
