Ohio CAT Rental Store, a division of Ohio Machinery Co., is seeking a Rental Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for customers, sales staff, and personnel. You will coordinate rental sales and support services, manage reservations, and ensure smooth information flow for the equipment fleet.

Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking abilities are essential. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with rental equipment are highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of three years of customer service experience, preferably in heavy equipment or equipment rental.
• Proficiency in MS Office required.
• General knowledge of rental equipment and services offered preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers, sales staff and CAT Rental Store personnel.
• Coordinate rental sales and support services and information flow for equipment rental fleet.
• Determine customer rental needs and manage reservations.
• Provide strong customer service and effective communication.
