You will manage shifts, resolve conflicts, document activities, and contribute to a compassionate, on-site team. A high school diploma and at least one year of related experience are preferred; Microsoft Word and Excel skills are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year in scheduling, admin, or healthcare support preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and dependable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage client and Care Professional schedules with quality matching.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes.
• Communicate with clients, families, Care Professionals, and team members.
• Maintain records in company software.
• Develop contingency plans to ensure uninterrupted client care.
• Support with new client inquiries and Care Consultations.
• Identify opportunities to enhance services and client satisfaction.
