• Salesforce experience considered an asset.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months with clean record.

Aufgaben

• P&L responsibility, provide monthly revenue forecasting, grow service agreement base, and partner with sales for pricing.
• Budget control: manage expenses vs targets for overhead items.
• Risk mitigation: manage risk in service agreements, turnkey and repairs.
• Oversee service coordination to respond to customers and ensure technician training.
• Manage installations, maintenance contracts, and long-term service agreements.
• Coach and develop service employees and drive continuous improvement.
