CommonBond Communities is seeking a Service Coordinator II to provide independent service coordination for residents, including those in permanent supportive housing, while promoting community engagement and respectful, asset-based planning.

The role emphasizes motivational interviewing, person-centered plans, budget stewardship, and compliance with Housing Support/GRH programs, collaborating with 3rd-party property managers and a cross-functional team.
