Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, teamwork, and attention to detail.
• Ability to balance priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.
• 5+ years of related experience preferred.
• Experience with mechanical equipment sales preferred.
• Must possess a High School Diploma, or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass background and drug test.
• Proficiency in basic math and mechanical aptitude.

Responsabilités

• Telephone and email reception of service requests.
• Prepare quotations for technical services and maintain service calendar.
• Enter service orders and coordinate parts purchasing.
• Dispatch and track electronic work tickets to field personnel.
• Prepare inspection and repair reports for service and warranty work.
• Process service jobs and warranty claims; coordinate OEM warranty processing.
