The role requires strong computer skills and the ability to support our Service & Repair operations while delivering outstanding customer service. Competenze

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer service role for mechanical equipment is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent computer proficiency with Word, Outlook, Excel; CRM experience preferred.
• College degree or administrative experience in a business environment is a plus.
• Must pass background and drug checks.

Mansioni

• Serve as first point of contact for service customers.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Coordinate service workflow from quoting through invoicing.
• Process billings, charge-backs, and warranties.
• Order parts for preventive maintenance and repair jobs as required.
• Maintain Service filing system and schedule technicians.
