Tracey Road Equipment, Inc. in Syracuse, NY, is seeking an Equipment Sales Coordinator to support the sales team and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will coordinate sales activities, maintain the New and Fleet equipment lists, and prepare pre-sale analyses to keep information accurate for quotes and deliveries. The role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with multiple departments such as Used Equipment, Parts, Service, Marketing, and

Competenze

• Experience in customer service and administrative tasks.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and teams.
• Familiarity with sales processes and product knowledge is a plus.

Mansioni

• Becomes familiar with all company policies, procedures, and product lines.
• Prepares pre-sale analysis forms and updates as changes occur.
• Maintains and updates both the “New” and “Fleet” equipment lists and distributes to sales staff.
• Creates sales flyers for new and used equipment as received.
• Maintains online listings and advertisements, in print and online, up to date.
• Answers incoming customer calls and walk-ins, passing leads to the appropriate salesperson.
• Writes work order requests for the service department and coordinates to ensure proper prep.
• Ensures service work is completed with manuals and warranty docs.
• Supports sales reps and customers on technical issues.
• Ensures manuals and registration/warranty information are available at sale/delivery.
• Coordinates equipment deliveries and bid processes as needed.
• Attends sales meetings and trade shows as required.
