Cummins-Wagner Co. Inc. is seeking a Service Coordinator for our Annapolis Junction, MD office.

The role focuses on service call reception, quotation preparation, service scheduling and support, order entry, warranty coordination, and related administrative tasks. Strong computer skills and customer service orientation are essential. As a 100% Employee-Owned company, we emphasize teamwork and detail-oriented execution.

Competenze

• Possess a High School Diploma, or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in a customer service role for mechanical equipment is a plus
• Excellent computer proficiency is required; experience in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, CRM software is preferred
• College degree or administrative experience in a business environment preferred
• Must be able to pass background and reference checks, as well as a drug test

Mansioni

• Serve as first point of contact for service customers
• Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Communicate with service technicians to ensure that customer needs are met
• Facilitate service workflow from quoting through invoicing
• Process billings, charge-backs, and warranties
• Order parts for preventive maintenance service and repair jobs as required
• Maintain Service filing system
• Complete pre-qualification forms for customers
• Books hotel/motel for technicians as needed
• Assist in schedule and dispatch to optimize technician utilization and workload balancing
• Update and maintain Service calendar
• Perform all other duties as assigned
