Requirements include a high school diploma, experience in parts coordination or scheduling, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in parts coordination, service scheduling, or related administrative role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Customer service experience with problem-solving.
• Familiarity with inventory management and scheduling software.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory control preferred.
• Background in automotive/manufacturing/heavy equipment is a plus.
• Associate degree or higher in Business Admin, Logistics, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities
